Apartments at The Venue Resident are designed for function-first comfort, with layouts that appeal to business travelers, long-stay guests, and those who prefer their own space over traditional hotel service. Each unit offers a sense of independence—complete with a kitchen, laundry facilities, and plenty of room to spread out.
Studio apartments feature tiled floors, neutral tones, and large windows that allow in natural light. Furnishings are modern and simple: a queen bed or twin setup, small dining area, and living space with a flat-screen TV. Bathrooms vary—some have glass walk-in showers, others include tubs or bidets. Select units also offer seating areas or work desks, depending on layout.
The kitchenettes are a standout feature. Most come with a stovetop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator—making it easy to prep meals or reheat takeout. A washing machine or access to laundry service makes long stays especially easy. Daily housekeeping is available, though unobtrusive.
While décor leans minimalist, the rooms feel clean and efficient, with air conditioning, blackout curtains, and Wi-Fi included. Some upper-floor units offer partial city or sea views.
